Relaunch focuses on interaction, service and strong images

The Internet site of the magazine GLAMOUR has been revamped – the new look is presented today. An extensive relaunch makes GLAMOUR.DE better legible thanks to user-friendly structures and a modern design in line with international affiliate pages. Glamunity, the GLAMOUR-forum with more than 67,000 members, remains the inter-active heart of the site.

 

The style consultant is new on the GLAMOUR site. With this tool, users can create their own, individual look, following the role models of popular style icons. The voluminous photo database with more than 120,000 catwalk photos of the most important fashion shows and the brand search engine TheLabelfinder.com provide great fashion suggestions. This service tools allows to search purposively for fashion labels, and to find the nearest shop.   
 

GLAMOUR.DE presents another innovation: the Beauty-„MIKI“, ( www.glamour.de/miki ), a new kind of online magazine, a novelty on the site. MIKI-technology is a form of representation for image-strong Web contents. For the first time, the opulent high-gloss visuals can be transported to the Internet. From today on, every other week, GLAMOUR-MIKI presents the latest beauty and hairstyle trends, and tips for copying the hairstyles of the stars.

 

Hair- & Make-up-Artist Boris Entrup, whose presence on GLAMOUR.DE is greatly increased, gives valuable beauty advice. His blog is transformed into a regular series directly integrated in the Website. In future, the editorial team of GLAMOUR.DE presents the „Top 100 It-Girls“ and shows how these women catch the eye with their personal, unique styles and attraction. Users van vote for the Top 3.
